Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale define the terms applicable to concierge services, seasonal rental management, guest reception, cleaning, linen, on-site follow-up, and associated services.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the services offered by La conciergerie des villages de la Baie de Somme.
Services
The services provided are those agreed upon with the client in the estimate, contract, mandate, or validated written correspondence. Any additional service may be subject to specific approval and billing.
Rates
The applicable rates are those communicated to the client prior to service confirmation. They may be expressed as a flat rate, percentage, per service, or according to any other modality agreed between the parties.
Order and Validation
Any order or service request implies acceptance of the terms agreed between the parties. Execution may be conditional upon receipt of necessary information and, where applicable, a deposit.
Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms indicated on the estimate, invoice, or contract. In case of late payment, penalties and collection fees may be applied in accordance with applicable regulations.
Liability
The concierge commits to performing the services with care and diligence. Liability cannot be held in case of force majeure, incorrect information provided by the client, or intervention of an external third party.
Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of the services is used for client relationship management, service delivery, and associated administrative obligations.
Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the rules of jurisdiction applicable are those provided by French law.
